소개(Description)

LEctPROFILE Plate 는 GLYcoDiag 사에서 제안하는 Lectin Array 로, 특정 유형의 구조를 강조하거나 reference 구조 대비 glycan 의 잠재적인 modification 을 분석하는데 사용 됩니다. 다양한 Lectin 을 제공하여 짧은 시간에 간단한 장비를 통하여 글리컨의 구조를 유효하게 확인할 수 있습니다. 각 Lectin 은 microtiter plates (96-well format) 바닥에 고정되어 있으며, 흡광 또는 형광 상호 작용 측정을 위해 사용됩니다. 28가지의 다양한 Lectin (아래 목록 참조)이 최소 2개의 8웰 스트립 형식으로 공급되어 원하는 분석에 맞추어 하나 또는 여러 마이크로플레이트를 구성할 수 있습니다.

어플리케이션(Applications)

화합물과 Lectin 간의 상호 작용은 pure molecule 부터 complex mixtures (예: glycocojugates, complex carbohydrates 또는 glycomimetics)까지 잠재적인 상호 작용을 분석하기 위해 직접 결합 모드로 이루어집니다. 결과 판독을 위해 대상 분자는 미리 바이오틴화(biotinylation)하거나 혹은 플루오레신화(fluoresceinylation) 되어야 합니다.
